Mona Elizabeth Clara Grey, OBE, FRCN (died 27 May 2009, Holywood, County Down, aged 98) was Northern Ireland's first Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
In 1960 she became Northern Ireland's first CNO and subsequently played a significant role in restructuring its health services in the country. More recently she helped establish a research chair in nursing at the University of Ulster.

Dr Grey was the first salaried secretary of the Royal College of Nursing in Northern Ireland and served for many years as the leader of the college there, prior to her appointment as CNO. She was appointed Honorary Vice-President of the RCN in 1996 and Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing in 2004.
